Ingredients
1 tbs Bowl & Basket Pork Rub
1 rack of Pork Ribs (about 2 lbs)
1 bottle Bowl & Basket BBQ Sauce
Directions
  1. Coat the ribs in the spice rub and let sit in fridge overnight if possible, or for at least one hour.
  2. When ready to cook, place the metal trivet insert (or any metal trivet safe for a pressure cooker) into the bottom of the pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Place ribs inside the pressure cook on top of the trivet, coiling the rack of ribs and placing it on its side so it fits inside nicely.
  4. Cook the ribs on manual pressure for 15 minutes, then do a quick release of the steam.
  5. Carefully remove the ribs from the pressure cooker to a metal baking sheet.
  6. Baste with bbq sauce, then either broil or grill until sauce is browned and sticky, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve.
